Lemon Sherbet

 LEMON SHERBET

 

 If you like  ice-cream and sorbet you re going to

 love this lemon  sorbet.

 

 ingredients:  

1. one cup sugar                                                  

2. salt

3. one cup water                                                   

4. 1/2 cup cream

5. 1/2cup lenon juice

6. two eggs

 

Procedure:

1. first. Mix  3/4 of  the cup of sugar, salt and 

water and  boil it. Then ,simmer it for five minutes. Put it in the frigerator.

 

Next, add the cream , then the lemon juice. Put it  into 

a container and freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.
